The Project Manager role will be responsible for overseeing some of the UK’s greatest events, including Carfest, Royal International Air Tattoo, Royal Ascot & Boomtown, to name a few! The position will oversee our event contracts, primarily focusing on the operational aspects of delivering the event, including build, live dates, and the break.

- Quality assurance of all equipment hired: ensuring delivery and collection, a high standard of cleanliness, and excellent working order.
- Managing weekend staff, assigning shifts, and making sure all the drivers are aware of the weekends they are due to work.
- Organising consumables to site and managing the quantities to ensure cost savings.
- Organising welfare, accommodation, and catering for staff on site.
- Being on call on an out-of-hours rota to deal with queries regarding events.
- Transporting and driving equipment from our depots to and from event sites.
- Other dues as and when required
Experience and Expertise
- Experience in managing a team
- Hands-on style and willingness to teach, train, and observe all members of staff
- Can ‘do’ attitude
- Plumbing/DIY experience
You may not have experience in every aspect of the role before, but that is ok, you will receive ongoing support and development that will provide you with the skills and knowledge required for a successful career. All we ask for is a proactive, motivated attitude, close attention to detail, and a keenness to share your ideas to make the role a success.
