How do I claim the 25% portable toilet hire discount?
Select an eligible toilet, complete the hire through the Site Equip website and enter TOILET25 at checkout before 30 November 2026. The promotion is available only for eligible online orders.
What happens if my account already has dedicated customer pricing?
The lowest applicable price will be used. If the 25% promotional price is lower than your dedicated price, the price will reduce to the promotional price. If your dedicated price is already lower, it will remain in place and the coupon will not apply an additional discount.
Will the sale price continue on a long-term hire?
Yes. When an eligible online hire is completed by 30 November 2026, the agreed promotional weekly rate remains in place while that continuous hire stays active. A later rehire or new contract may be priced at the rate available at that time.
Is there a minimum hire period?
Yes. The portable toilets included in this offer have a minimum four-week hire period. Delivery, Damage Waiver and other applicable charges are additional to the weekly hire price.
Is weekly servicing included?
Free weekly servicing is included with applicable serviced portable toilets and covers routine cleaning, waste removal and consumable replenishment. Mains Connected Portable Toilets do not include weekly servicing.
How quickly can Site Equip deliver?
Orders placed before 4pm can be delivered the next working day across the Site Equip coverage area, subject to product availability, delivery capacity and site requirements.

- The TOILET25 promotion provides 25% off Site Equip’s standard online weekly hire prices for the six portable toilets listed on this page.
- The offer applies only to eligible orders completed online through the Site Equip website by 30 November 2026.
- A minimum four-week hire applies. Delivery charges, Damage Waiver and any other applicable charges are not included in the displayed weekly hire prices.
- Customers with dedicated pricing receive the lower applicable price. If a dedicated price is already below the promotional price, TOILET25 will not apply a further reduction.
- For an eligible continuous hire booked by the deadline, the agreed promotional weekly rate remains active until that hire is ended. New contracts, later rehires and replacement orders may be charged at the rate available at that time.
- The offer cannot be combined with another promotional code or discount and is subject to availability, delivery coverage and Site Equip’s standard terms and conditions of hire.
- Free weekly servicing applies only to serviced portable toilets. Mains Connected Portable Toilets do not include weekly servicing and require suitable connections arranged by the customer.
- Next-working-day delivery applies to qualifying orders placed before 4pm and remains subject to availability, delivery capacity, location and site access.
