From £37 per week, the unit combines a porcelain WC with a standard cistern flush and a porcelain hand basin with hot and cold running water.

Unlike a chemical toilet, this fully flushing portable toilet connects to mains drainage or a compatible Site Equip waste tank. Once connected, it does not require routine weekly waste-tank servicing. This makes it a practical and comfortable option for contractors who need dependable welfare facilities over an extended hire period.

A Home-Style Flushing Portable Toilet

The porcelain WC and standard cistern flush provide a user experience much closer to a permanent indoor toilet. The system removes waste directly through the drainage connection, helping reduce odours and avoiding the need for a chemical holding tank inside the unit.

Developers, principal contractors and site managers often choose this model for long-term construction projects, premium developments and sites where clients specify a higher standard of welfare. It offers improved comfort, cleaner flushing and lower routine servicing requirements compared with a standard portable chemical toilet.

Hot and Cold Running Water

Each unit includes a porcelain handwash basin with hot and cold running water. The large basin gives operatives enough space to wash their hands and forearms, helping contractors support current HSE construction welfare guidance.

Site Equip supplies the toilet with soap, toilet rolls and quality hand towels ready for use. As the unit does not receive a standard weekly service, your site team will need to monitor and replenish consumables during the hire. You can also arrange optional cleaning and restocking visits for longer or higher-use projects.

Available in 110V or 240V

Choose either a 110V or 240V configuration to suit your site’s electrical setup. Each unit includes full RCD protection and requires a continuous 16-amp electrical supply to operate the hot water system.

The toilet also requires:

• A 15mm water inlet
• Mains drainage or a compatible Site Equip waste tank
• Firm, level ground
• Safe access for delivery and collection
• Customer-supplied pipes, connectors and electrical cabling

Your appointed plumber and electrician must complete all water, waste and electrical connections. Site Equip delivers and positions the unit but does not carry out the final utility installation.

Mains Drainage or Waste Tank Connection

Where mains drainage is available, the toilet can connect directly to the site’s foul-water system. This creates a fully flushing setup with no routine waste removal required from Site Equip.

Sites without mains drainage can hire the unit with a compatible Site Equip waste tank. The tank provides a temporary waste-storage solution while allowing the toilet to retain its porcelain WC, standard flush and hot-and-cold handwashing facilities.

Delivery, Installation and Coverage

Site Equip delivers mains connected portable toilets using flatbed vehicles. This allows us to carry several units on one vehicle. Whether you hire one or up to eight portable toilets for the same site, the delivery charge remains the same, making multi-unit orders more cost-effective.

Our delivery team will position the toilet in the agreed location. Before delivery, prepare firm, level ground and make sure the delivery vehicle has safe access. Your contractors must then connect the water inlet, drainage or waste tank, and continuous 110V or 240V electrical supply.
