The 1+2 Static Mains Toilet Block delivered by hi-ab to your project, which requires clear access, and a level site, with no over hanging objects. 1+2 Static Mains Toilet Block must be connected to a mains water supply and be electrically powered, via a 240v connection. If mains sewage is unavailable, Site Equip can provide a waste tank and weekly or ad hoc tanker services, in addition to the hire of the toilet block.

What are the installation requirements for this toilet block?
It requires level ground, a 240v electrical connection, and a mains water supply. If sewage is unavailable, a waste tank can be provided.
Is servicing included during the hire rate?
No, our tankers can empty the waste tank on a weekly or ad-hoc basis for an additional charge.
What is the cost and minimum hire period?
All our hires are for a minimum of 4 weeks, and our prices can be found here…
Can this unit be delivered to any location?

Can you deliver next day?
Yes, if ordered before 4pm.
Can the loos be positioned anywhere?
No, they need to be placed on flat firm ground within 3 metres of vehicle access. Remember our drivers are delivering in large vehicles to site so they may require a larger area for manoeuvring. We will do our best to position them exactly where you’d like but we will need access to service.
Do you clean the toilet on site?
Yes, we provide a weekly service within the hire price. However our NSQ-qualified drivers do not have the specialist equipment to give the toilets a deep clean on site, just a basic clean, it is the hirer’s responsibility to keep the toilet clean in between services.
