With heating for the winter and air conditioning for the summer, and 12 volt lighting, these welfare units are built for comfort as well as practicality. Also available in 16ft and 20ft.

12ft Welfare unit offer flexibility and security to any building project. The welfare unit provides facilities for up to 5 people working on site.
The 12ft welfare unit incorporate; a mess room/kitchen, drying room, chemical toilet, seating area and integral silent 6 KVA generator. With heating for the winter and air conditioning for the summer and 12 volt lighting these welfare units are built for comfort as well as practicality. Also available in 16ft and 20ft.
As these units are towable, they are easily portable around your construction site as it develops as well as helping reduce the initial cost of transport, compared to the static version. Once on site they use hydraulic to lower to the ground to secure the unit in minutes. The single axle welfare unit meets all Health and Safety Executives requirements for welfare on remote sites.
All prices are based on a minimum 4 week hire.

Yes, the unit is equipped with heating to ensure comfort during winter and maintain a pleasant environment in various weather conditions.
What facilities are included in the 12 ft welfare unit?
Our 12ft welfare units are equipped with a canteen area that includes a kettle and microwave, a drying room with heating and coat hooks, a chemical toilet, and seating for up to five people, providing a comfortable and functional space for your team.
How do they run?
Our welfare units come with a built-in, silent 6KVA diesel generator. Alternatively, we offer Eco Solar Welfare Units, which are equipped with additional solar panels, reducing fuel consumption by an average of 80%.
Do you replenish the diesel and oil?
No, it is the customer's responsibility to refill the diesel and oil to ensure the unit operates smoothly throughout the hire period.
How does the unit get to site?
The unit is towed to the site for easy delivery and setup.
How much diesel does the unit take?
The unit has a diesel capacity of 58L.

Can you deliver next day?
Yes, if ordered before 4pm.
Can the loos be positioned anywhere?
No, they need to be placed on flat firm ground within 3 metres of vehicle access. Remember our drivers are delivering in large vehicles to site so they may require a larger area for manoeuvring. We will do our best to position them exactly where you’d like but we will need access to service.
Do you clean the toilet on site?
Yes, we provide a weekly service within the hire price. However our NSQ-qualified drivers do not have the specialist equipment to give the toilets a deep clean on site, just a basic clean, it is the hirer’s responsibility to keep the toilet clean in between services.
