As you are aware, Coronavirus continues to dominate the news.  We are carefully monitoring the situation but until we are told otherwise, we will carry on with our business as usual. Below is Site Equip’s COVID-19 Action Plan.

Our Precautions

However, we do want to update you with some of the measures put in place to help protect customers and staff, whilst still ensuring high levels of service.

We have briefed our teams on the changes to some working practices, these include:

• Increased use of hand sanitisers and disinfection sprays at our depots, and whilst cleaning our hire equipment
• Reduction of all physical contact when meeting people, including stopping signatures for equipment on delivery
• Postponement of non-essential face to face meetings and using Skype or other electronic communication methods to enable meetings to take place.
• Minimising the level of travel, including movement between our internal office locations.

Should any customer need to visit our offices, we would be grateful if you can inform us in advance so that we can plan accordingly.

Rest assured, we plan to continue functioning as a business and will provide our customers with the service they need.

Our Products

We have a range of products available to help prevent the Cornonavirus;

4 Bay refillable Hand Sanitiser Stations

Our 4 bay refillable hand sanitiser stations are available to hire.
These units arrive full of hand sanitiser & can be easily refilled.
We can sell 5L bottles as well.

4 Bay Hand Sanitiser Tree

These hand sanitiser trees, come with 4 dispensers, which require
the DEB refill cartridges to be bought from us. They are provided full,
and any additional can be delivered. 

Hot Handwash Toilets

Our hot water hand wash loos are available in 110v & 240v.
They provide hot water and soap to wash your hands,
together with hand towels for drying.
We can deliver almost anywhere,
power or mains sewage is not required.

Hand Wash Stations

The cold water hand washing station is a free-standing unit with a
cold feed from a tap or hose. A waste tank or soakaway
would need to be provided.Isolation Cabins

We have a range of wheeled cabins available from 12ft – 18ft. These cabins can be
converted to any form of isolation unit.  Including offices and canteens.

Our Community

Being a family run company and one which regularly works with the local community, we are proud to be supporting our charity of the year, Spotlight UK. Spotlight UK is running food banks across Basingstoke, and here at Site Equip we are supporting them through becoming a drop-off point for any food or hygiene supplies. We will be utilising our logistics team and drivers to drop off food parcels across Basingstoke.
