Site Equip Won Event Industry Product of The Year – Award Winning Toilet Hire!

We are extremely proud to announce Site Equip won Event Industry Product of The Year at the HAE EHA Hire Awards of Excellence for our Shabby Chic Toilet Trailer, designed and manufactured by us. 

On Saturday, 22nd April 2017, the Grosvenor House Hotel in London hosted the hire industry’s top professionals from both events and construction sectors. Site Equip proudly received nominations for two awards at this prestigious event. We earned a nomination for Event Industry Product of the Year for our Shabby Chic Toilet Trailer. Additionally, our Depot Manager, Neil Hardiman, received a nomination for Hire Manager of the Year—an incredible achievement.

This recognition celebrated our dedication to creating a unique and high-quality product. We began manufacturing themed toilet trailers in 2010, aiming to make the toilet trailer a focal point of events, rather than an afterthought. In 2016, we decided to push the boundaries even further and create something entirely new. The Shabby Chic Toilet Trailer was born.

Product of The Year

The idea originated one Sunday afternoon around the dinner table, as we brainstormed ways to introduce a fresh concept to the market. With the growing popularity of French boutique and shabby chic trends, we quickly began designing the new unit. After much effort—and a trip to Spain for inspiration—the Shabby Chic Toilet Trailer launched at the Showmans Show. Since then, we have built four of these trailers, and they have become our most sought-after unit. We would like to thank all of our employees.
