Site Equip Presents Long Service Awards

Site Equip celebrated two of our longest serving members of the Site Equip team, Andy Moore and Philippa Campbell-Webster.

Andy Moore has been with the company for 20 years and was promoted to the Lead Training Driver earlier this year.

Andy has won 3 awards in his time here; Attendant of the Year at the Loo of the Year Awards in 2013 and An outstanding achievement for customer service award in the Site Equip Awards 2022 and Outstanding at Events Awards 2023.

He started at Site Equip as a service driver. His previous duties included maintaining and servicing toilets for construction and event sites.

As the Lead Training Driver, Andy is responsible for training and developing of our service drivers. He ensures all drivers meet the highest standards allowing our customers receive the very best service.

Geoff Gilbert, Director, comments ‘In 2003, Andy Moore joined Site Equip as a service driver. He quickly established himself as a reliable, honest hardworking and essential member of staff. He progressed through the company and is now in charge of training and developing all our new drivers to the high standards of service that he is proud to maintain. We are extremely pleased and honoured to be able to present this award to Andy for all the hard work and dedication he has given to Site Equip Ltd over the last 20 years.

Philippa Campbell-Webster

Philippa Campbell-Webster joined Site Equip in 2013 has been with the company for 10 years.

In 2017, Philippa received the Directors Award for consistently looking after other staff members and prioritizing the business to ensure smooth operations.

As the Finance Manager, Philippa is responsible for overseeing the accounts team. Her responsibilities include: processing purchase invoices, raising customer credits and dealing with customer queries. Philippa has shown incredible dedication to Site Equip throughout her 10 years with the company.

Sonia Gilbert, Director, comments ‘Phillipa Webster joined the accounts team at Site Equip in 2013. During the 10 years she has been with the company, she has seen many changes including new depots and acquisitions. As Finance Manager she has been invaluable in the smooth running of all things accounts and more. It has been a pleasure to award her a long term service award this year.’
