After a very successful year, it seemed only fair to reward those members of staff who have been vital to our seamless operation here at Site Equip and what better way than our own ‘awards ceremony’?!

Outstanding Achievement for Customer Service Award

This category recognises all employees who continue to exceed our customers’ expectations time and time again.

Winner: Rebecca Carter

Rebecca continues to provide continual excellence customer service within our construction department.

New Starter of the Year Award

This award goes to the employee who has been at Site Equip between 3 and 12 months who has made the most impact.

Winner: Katie Lister

Katie has made a huge impact in the short time she has been here within sales and marketing role.

Key Contributor Award

The category for which without these members of staff working in the background we would not be able to run a seamless operation

Winner: Russell Taylor

Russell as worked exceptionally hard ensuring our large fleet of trailers are maintained, prepped and ready for hire at all times, and has a record of zero breakdowns!

Players’ Player of the Year Award

The people’s choice, the member of staff which has been chosen by all Site Equip employees for their commitment to the team.

Winner: Rob Holder

Rob continually supports all member of staff, with no problem too big for him to solve!

Above and Beyond Award

The member of staff who go above and beyond for our customers and for each other.

Winner: Mariusz Klimek

Russell has worked tirelessly to keep our large trailer fleet maintained. Prepped, and hire-ready, achieving an impressive record of zero breakdowns!

Directors Award

This is a special award for an outstanding member of staff who has worked hard this year despite personal circumstances. Always ensuring other members of staff are well looked after and putting the business first to ensure the smooth running.
