The second in our Getting To Know The Team series, we introduce you to our credit controller from the Site Equip Team; Matthew Anthony!

Which part of the company do you work for? Site Equip Team, Site Build or Site Waste?

I work in the accounts department as the credit controller at Site-Equip.

Please explain what you do in a few sentences

I manage the credit control process, ensuring that invoices are paid on time and handling any customer queries regarding payments. I also work closely with customers to maintain good relationships and ensure smooth transactions.

What’s your favourite thing about your job?

My favourite thing is working with customers to resolve any issues and help foster strong, positive relationships. It’s rewarding to provide excellent service and support.

What do you do to unwind?

I unwind by making cocktails – it’s a fun skill of mine that I enjoy perfecting in my free time.

What’s your party trick?

My party trick would definitely be my cocktail-making skills. I love mixing drinks and impressing guests with my creations!

What’s your biggest achievement within the company?

Although I’m still new, I’m proud of how quickly I’ve adapted to the role and been able to assist customers with their queries. Building those relationships early on has been very fulfilling.

Anything exciting coming up?

I’m excited to continue learning the ins and outs of Site-Equip and experience everything the company has to offer. I’m also looking forward to making an even bigger impact as I grow in the role.
