Going the Extra Mile As Employee of the Month

Over the past month, John has gone above and beyond to support the wider team. Stepping in wherever he was needed and helping maintain service standards across multiple depots. Because of his consistent efforts throughout February, he earned recognition as Employee of the Month for his outstanding contribution to the business.

Recognising John’s Contribution

Managing Director Adam Lockyer reflected on John’s contribution, stating this. “John has consistently demonstrated what it means to be dependable, professional and customer-focused. Over the past month in particular, he has supported multiple depots, covering routes at short notice and travelling wherever needed to maintain service levels. ” Whether travelling between depots or stepping in when extra support is required, John approaches every task with a positive mindset and a focus on completing the job properly. Adam also highlighted the way John represents the company when working on customer sites. “No matter the pressure or the location, John completes his routes to a high standard and represents Site Equip with professionalism and positivity. He always approaches the job with the right attitude.”

Alongside his service work, John also supports colleagues whenever needed, contributing to a collaborative working environment across the business. This willingness to help others is a quality that reflects the culture Site Equip continues to build and is one of the reasons John has been recognised as this month’s Employee of the Month. Adam added, “John’s flexibility, work ethic and commitment to standards embody the culture we want across Site Equip.”
