After the success of last year and the positive feedback from our team, we have decided to bring back the Site Equip Awards!
Making it our new annual tradition, the Site Equip Award ceremony is our way of giving recognition and appreciation to our members of staff who have gone above and beyond their duties throughout the year.
Outstanding Achievement for Customer Service Award
This category recognises all employees who continue to exceed our customers’ expectations time and time again.
Winner: Mark Lockwood
Mark has received continual praise for his outstanding customer service from some of our event clients such as Swallowfield Show and Middlesex County Cricket Club.
New Starter of the Year Award
This award goes to the employee who has been at Site Equip between 3 and 12 months who has made the most impact.
Winner: Mark Oakley
Mark has done an outstanding job in ensuring all of our vehicles are well maintained and repaired quickly. His most notable triumph would be fixing our written-off Land Rover Defender for under £500!
Key Contributor Award
The category for which without these members of staff working in the background we would not be able to run a seamless operation.
Winner: Sam Chiverton
Sam is consistently helping every member of the team and ensuring our fleet of toilets are clean, prepped and ready for hire every day.
Players’ Player of the Year Award
The people’s choice, the member of staff which has been chosen by all Site Equip employees for their commitment to the team.
Winner: Robin Madgwick
Robin is highly respected among his peers, which is a great achievement following his promotion to Site Manager.
Above and Beyond Award
The member of staff who go above and beyond for our customers and for each other.
Winner: Artur Medynski
Artur has gone Above & Beyond for all employees and customers since he started at the beginning of 2018 ensuring all customers jobs are scheduled efficiently, improving our customer communication and retention.
Directors Award
This is a special award for an outstanding member of staff who has worked hard this year despite personal circumstances, always ensuring other member of staff are well looked after and putting the business first to ensure the smooth running.
Winner: Peter Lambert
Peter has successfully run the Kent Depot, welcoming new orders and training new employees to take our Kent Depot to higher levels.
We would like to thank all our employees for their hard work in 2018 & look forward to seeing the achievements they will bring in 2019! Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all!
