Our Lifting Frame with Portable Toilet Hire gives construction teams a practical way to provide welfare facilities on high-rise, underground and restricted-access sites. The hire includes a galvanised lifting frame and a Portable Chemical Toilet Hire (Cold Water) for £40 per week, based on a minimum four-week hire.

The frame allows a competent site lifting team to move the toilet to upper floors, excavations, shafts, tunnels and other difficult-access working areas. This helps keep welfare facilities closer to operatives as the project progresses.

Free weekly servicing is included for the chemical toilet. Hot water and mains-connected toilet upgrades are also available through our customer team.

Safe Lifting Responsibilities

Site Build manufactures the galvanised lifting frame, while Site Equip supplies it as a complete hire package with a cold-water chemical toilet.

The hirer must provide:

• A suitable crane
• A qualified crane operator
• A trained banksman
• Appropriate lifting accessories
• A site-specific lift plan
• Competent supervision for each lifting operation

Chains, slings, shackles and other lifting accessories are not included with the hire.

A competent person must plan, supervise and complete every lift in line with the site’s lifting procedures and the instructions supplied with the frame.

Free Weekly Servicing

Free weekly servicing is included with the chemical toilet. Our service team normally visits every seven working days to:

• Remove waste
• Clean and sanitise the unit
• Recharge the chemical system
• Replenish toilet rolls
• Restock soap and hand towels
• Check the toilet remains ready for use

The hirer must lower the unit to ground level before each scheduled service. Place the frame in an accessible location where our service vehicle can safely reach it.

We do not normally provide advance notice before a routine service visit unless requested. Site teams should therefore keep the unit accessible on its expected servicing day.

Delivery and Coverage

Site Equip provides fast delivery across Hampshire, Surrey, East Sussex, West Sussex, Berkshire, Kent, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Essex, Dorset, Wiltshire and Greater London.

Our delivery team will place the lifting-frame toilet in the agreed ground-level location. Your site team must arrange the crane lift and final positioning.

Ensure the delivery area has:

• Firm, level ground
• Safe access for the delivery vehicle
• Enough space to unload the frame
• A suitable location for future weekly servicing

The standard flatbed offer for one to eight portable toilets does not apply to lifting-frame units. Delivery charges depend on the quantity, site location and transport requirements.
