Site Event is proud to show you our new urinal system for large events as seen in Stand Out Magazine September 2017 issue, which has been introduced and rolled out at Bournemouth 7s, CarFest South and Brighton Pride.
Our New Urinal System for Large Events
This is our largest and most cost effective option for high volume events. The Urinal System for Large Events is created using aluminium troughs attached to Heras fencing, connected using robust pipework, , which offers a cost-effective solution to reducing queues at high volume events. These are 5 man urinals which offer a space effective alternative to urinal pods and have the option to be built up to create a larger urinal system.
Our new system has been featured in the September 2017 issue of Stand Out Magazine, where Bournemouth 7s, CarFest and Brighton Pride comment on it’s cost and space effective nature, making it the perfect option for high volume events. Site Equip’s director Amy Gilbert commented on their introduction at Bournemouth 7s – “As a largely male event, Bournemouth 7s were looking for a cost effective and efficient way to decrease waiting time, and increase the volume. We worked with the festival to create a new urinal system, which can hold 10,000 litres of waste, which was trialled at the festival with huge success. This is now something we have introduced and rolled out at CarFest South and Brighton Pride, who love increasing the volume and decreasing queuing time.”
“We were absolutely delighted with their approach throughout the weekend. At Bournemouth 7s, we have a site that is jam-packed with sporting pitches and arenas and, as such, finding space-effective solutions is critical.”
Craig Mathie, Managing Director and Events Director of Bournemouth 7s.
Mathie described our urinals as the “perfect solution”.
We supplied Bournemouth 7s with seven, 5 man troughs and a tank with a capacity of 10,000 litres. Having taken feedback from our trial at Bournemouth 7s as well as Brighton Pride, we took this new urinal system to CarFest South 2017 with great success. Dean Parker, production manager at Wilde Ones, which provides management for Brighton Pride agreed with Mathie;
Whilst they are not glamorous, they are essential.
