Site Event has supplied events since 1988. We’ve been part of every type of event, yet we’re still amazed by the creative ideas that make each one unique. Here are our Top 10 Tips for Organizing an Event.
Top 10 Tips To Organising an Event
- Plan, Plan, and Plan – You can never be too organized. Something will always go wrong, so having a Plan B is essential. Often, Plan B may even work out better than the original plan.
- Begin Early – Ensure you don’t miss out on booking your favorite toilet trailer, florist, or caterer. We accept bookings up to three years in advance, and suppliers fill up quickly during the busy summer season.
- Remain Flexible – Things change, whether that is your guest list or location of event, make sure you remain flexible to meet the changing demands. If it is your first time organising an event, there will be many scenarios you may have not come up against before.
- Assign Responsibilities – Don’t take all the burden onto your shoulders, assign responsibility to different individuals. They will enjoy the responsibility, feel involved in the event and will be much more clued with regards to the small detailed changes.
