Cambridge Folk Festival is one of the longest-running and most famous folk festivals in the world. This fantastic folk festival attracts over 15,000 people per year and hosts incredible artists, such as Martin Carthy.
Site Event are proudly supplying their sanitation equipment to Cambridge Folk Festival for the second year in a row. This year, we supplied Luxury 3 Bay and 6 Bay Vacuum Pods, Urinal Units, Luxury Toilet Trailers, Eco Loos, and 10 Bay Shower Trailers. In addition to our equipment, we provided our HGV tanker and service attendants to clean, empty and replenish our units to ensure every attendee has the best experience.
Adam Gilbert, Director, adds ‘Cambridge Folk Festival is one of the oldest events in the UK Summer calendar and Site Event are extremely proud to supply all of the toilets and showers to the 15,000 festival goers. We provided our new and innovative 6 bay & 3 bay vacuum toilet pods across the site which reduced the water consumption by up to 75% creating a more sustainable event. Overall, the event was a huge success for all involved and our team of 20 amazing staff worked hard across the 4 live days.’
