Welfare Unit Hire have many names, site station, groundhog… the building site home away from home. Site Equip can provide three sizes of anti-vandal welfare unit hire, 12 foot, 16 foot and 20 foot. They provide facilities for up to 7 people working on site (12 foot unit) or 10 people working on site (16 foot unit) or 16 people working on site (20 foot unit). These towable units are easily portable, reducing transport costs and allowing for delivery to remote locations.

The self contained welfare units incorporate a mess room, drying room, toilet, seating area and kitchen. With heating for the winter and cold air for the summer, and 12 volt lighting, the units are built for comfort as well as practicality. Site Equip’s welfare units provides a cost-effective hire, as the units are towable, meaning expensive hi ab transport is not used to deliver the unit. In addition welfare unit hire are easily portable around site as your project develops, a much more flexible option to the static units.

Every unit is fully supported by our in house team of fitters and mechanics, on hand for the duration of your hire, ensuring your hire runs smoothly and your welfare unit is ready for hire every time.

We can even carry out a free site inspection to ensure there is clear access for your site welfare and sanitation needs.
