When hiring loos for the first time, we understand that you may not realise what information we will need to know! We can of course advise you on suitable requirements but in order for us to provide you with the best information the below questions will help you!
What date is the event?
The most information for hiring loos for your event – we need to check our stock levels before anything else.
What sort of event is it?
Is it a festival, birthday party, sporting event? Events which involve camping or alcohol will require additional unit and possibly a service attendant onsite for the duration of the event.
How many people will be attending the event?
In order for us to advise you on the best toilets for your event we would need to know how many people will be using them, to ensure you do not have long queues and they have the required toilet capacity.
What is the access like to deliver/collect the toilets?
For us to be able to deliver the toilets we need suitable clear access for our vehicles and trailers to position them, they also need to be placed on flat ground.
When would we need to deliver and collect the toilets?
Do you have specific requirements for delivery? We like to deliver your order on the Wednesday, Thursday or Friday before the event and aim to collect on the Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday after (depending on the length of your event). However if you require you toilet on a specific day and time we would be able to accommodate your requests.
Do you have an electricity supply to where the toilets will be?
If you have ordered a toilet trailer you would require an electricity supply, and preferably a water supply if possible. However if you have a single event toilet, these are fully self contained and do not require any mains power.
Hiring Loos, which type?
Site Event have a large variety of toilets you can hire, from a single portable eco toilets to luxury themed trailers!
Where are you going to put them?
When hiring loos we would need to know where you want to put the toilets so we can provide instructions for our drivers (this will also help you plan electricity and access as well!)
