Extremely Helpful and Efficient

"I just wanted to drop you an email to say how impressed we were with two members of your staff on Friday at St. Michael’s Hospice. I rung to find out where the toilets that we had hired were, as they were due to arrive in the morning, however I was told they would be with us between 3-5pm, which was too late and would have meant the toilets would not have been able to enter our car park due to being blocked in by our marquees. I spoke to a gentleman called Adam I believe it was, who was extremely helpful and quickly he arranged delivery within the hour to us by a member of your office team Daniel, who was also extremely helpful and efficient. So, please could you pass on our thanks, we were extremely grateful."
