Site Equip, the leaders in supplying the South’s construction and event industries with welfare and sanitation requirements, have promoted Hollie Marsh to Construction Sales Team Leader of their Lasham based head office.
This is Hollie’s second promotion of the year after being promoted to Senior New Business Development Executive in March this year.
Since starting as a Sales Administrator in 2021, Hollie has grown into a reliable, tenacious and passionate team member. She has built fantastic relationships with customers and other company staff members. She takes the lead and initiative when it comes to gaining new business and growing the business we already have. Hollie’s expansive knowledge of Site Equip and our customers makes her the perfect person to take the lead of the Construction team to ensure training is up to standard so the whole team can deliver exceptional customer service.
In 2021, Hollie won Outstanding Achievement for customer service award for her passion and determination to sales. She has done this whilst providing the best possible service to customers.
This year at the Site Equip Awards she was nominated for both the Key Contributor and Employee of the Year awards. This again demonstrate Hollie’s dedication to Site Equip!
