Our welfare units are 12 foot x 8 foot, wheeled with a generator which enables the units to be lowed to the ground. They have the following features;
- Electric lighting and heating.
- WC with instant water heater.
- Office/canteen area with sink and hot water
- Welfare area complete with tables and seating for six persons, hot-water sink, hand soap, paper towels, drinking water container, fire extinguisher & control panel which operates the generator.
- Self-contained chemical toilet.
- Full-forearm hot-wash sink unit in the toilet compartment.
- Drying room/tool store with hat & coat hooks and heater.
- Highly secure – anti-vandal design.
- Built-in 6kva diesel generator securely housed within the unit.
- Generators will have been fully serviced prior to sale.
- Recently refurbished unit – new internal wall boards, new floor-covering, work-tops.
