The Events Industry Forum have drawn up a revised Purple Guide, the brand new Purple Guide to Health, Safety and Welfare at Music and Other Events (Draft) in consultation with the UK-wide events.
Site Event are using their 25 years’ of experience providing waste management and sanitation to the events industry to consult on chapters 16 and 18. Ensuring all event organisers will provide suitable and sufficient sanitary and welfare facilities for not only the workers at the events but for the audience.
Site Event will be consulting on issues such as the number of temporary toilets for the audience; welfare for the workers and audience; location of toilets and wash facilities and the installation and maintenance of toilet and wash facilities.
