Get to know the Team; Mark Lockwood ????️

Welcome to the next member in our series of getting to know the Site Equip team! Today we meet our Site Build Technician, Mark Lockwood.

Which part of Site Equip do you work for?

I am a technician for the Site Build division of the company.

Please explain what you do in a few sentences!

I construct and repair Site Event toilet trailers and vacuum pods. In addition, I do any maintenance to our equipment, for example spraying the welfare units.

What’s your favourite thing about your job?

I love seeing the final outcome after building the toilet trailers and vacuum pods.

What’s your favourite moment in your job?

My favourite moment in my job is spraying the welfare units. It makes such a big difference to the look of the welfare units.

What’s your biggest achievement within Site Equip?

My biggest achievement is designing and calculating the pipework inside of all of the 6 bay vacuum pods.

What piece of advice would you give to yourself at the beginning of your career?

A piece of advice I would give myself is listen to advice and make sure you read instructions!

What do you do to unwind?

I like to unwind by relaxing indoors and having a beer. Nothing better!

What’s your party trick?

I don’t really have one.

Is anything exciting coming up?

I am looking forward to our busy event season starting in a couple of months.
