Which part of the company do you work for? Site Equip Team, Site Build or Site Waste?
My name is Ellie Mchale, and I work as a customer service administrator at Site-Equip.
Please explain what you do in a few sentences
I answer the phones and reply to emails, mostly dealing with hiring and off-hiring toilets for our customers.
What’s your favourite thing about your job?
My favourite thing about my job is the people I work with. They make the environment fun and supportive.
What do you do to unwind?
In my free time, I like to bake and play PlayStation. It’s a great way to relax and enjoy myself.
What’s your party trick?
I don’t really have a party trick, but I’m always up for a chat and love hanging out with friends!
What’s your biggest achievement within the company?
My biggest achievement within the company was answering the phone for the first time. I was very scared, but I handled it!
Anything exciting coming up?
The only exciting thing happening at the moment is that I’m going to watch a firework display this weekend. I can’t wait!
