Our welfare units 12 foot with Silent Site is a solution that will alleviate noise and emission pollution. Silent Site is incorporated into the electrical system of a standard welfare unit and when put into ‘Night Mode’, the power is transferred to high powered batteries that provide 12 hours of off grid standard electricity. Once the 12 hour night shift finishes, the on-board generator will recharge the batteries ready for the following evening. Silent Site uses only the batteries over night to ensure peace and quiet to the residential neighbours local to your site.
The welfare units offer shelter, flexibility and security to any project. The 12 foot by 8 foot unit provides facilities for up to 7 people working on site. The welfare units incorporate; a mess room/kitchen, drying room, chemical toilet, seating area and integral silent 6 KVA generator. It also includes heating for the winter and air conditioning for the summer and 12 volt lighting these welfare units are built for comfort as well as practicality.
