Welfare units 12 foot offer flexibility and security to any building project. The 12 foot by 8 foot variety provides facilities for up to 7 people working on site. The welfare units incorporate; a mess room/kitchen, drying room, chemical toilet, seating area and integral silent 6 KVA generator. With heating for the winter and air conditioning for the summer and 12 volt lighting these welfare units are built for comfort as well as practicality. Also available in 16 foot and 20 foot.
As these units are towable, they are easily portable around your construction site as it develops as well as helping reduce the initial cost of transport, compared to the static version. Once on site they use hydraulic to lower to the ground to secure the unit in minutes. The single axle welfare unit meets all Health and Safety Executives requirements for welfare on remote sites.
