Adam Has Been Selected As Access All Areas 30 Under 30 The Next Generation Award! The ‘most innovative, impactful and intelligent people in the event industry under the age of 30’ from the Access All Areas Magazine.

After graduating five years ago, Adam began his career delivering and collecting for our prestigious client, the Ministry of Defence. His first experience in event management came in 2012 when he coordinated the deployment of portable toilets for the Olympic Torch Parade—a major logistical challenge. Today, Adam oversees sales across our four brands: Site Equip, Site Waste, Site Build, and Site Event. However, his true passion lies in the event industry, where he negotiates large contracts and project manages them on-site.

Adam has been key in transforming Site Equip. His achievements demonstrate his leadership and potential. Here’s a summary of his accomplishments:

• Increased turnover by 150% over three years within the event division.
• Designed and developed 7 environmentally-friendly, market-leading products, including vacuum pods, shower pods, and event urinal systems.
• Revitalized the event division, transitioning from “loos r us” to a unified Site Equip brand, covering Site Event, Site Build, and Site Waste.
• Negotiated major event contracts and managed over 100 major events, including Bournemouth 7s, D-Day State Visit, Glastonbury, and more.
• Expanded the event team, increasing leads and motivating the team with his passion for seamless service.
• Project managed Site Event’s largest clients on-site, overseeing build, live, and break phases. Managed logistics, subcontractors, and up to 50 people.

His leadership role has been pivotal for Site Event’s success.

And he is not stopping there!

He has sights on being a director within the business in the next 5 years. He plans to increase the product range with more environmentally clean products to reduce not only Site Event’s carbon footprint. Also influence the company’s clients to also think about their environmental policies. Adam is also very ambitious to increase not only Site Event’s offering but also our coverage area. With the increase in major and large events he has negotiated contracts with, new depots will be opening up across England. With Adam spearheading our 3rd Depot in North London, opening 2020.

As a result, clients gain a clear understanding of their budget and how to make the most of it for effective waste management. Adam builds resilience into each event, anticipating challenges like weather changes or staffing needs. He works proactively with event organizers, fostering a strong, collaborative relationship.
