Job Vacancies
Yard Operative
Your duties include:
- Cleaning of toilet trailer units, welfare units, cabins and shower units ensuring the quality and cleanliness of the units before they go out.
- Odd jobs around the yard
- Loading and unloading vehicles via a forklift
- Assisting colleagues with additional jobs.
- Completing paperwork via mobile app
- Working with as a team
Portable Toilet Driver – Lasham and Kent Depot
- Servicing of portable toilets on your weekly round
- Delivery and collection hire equipment from construction and event sites
- Completing jobs via mobile app
- Being the face of the business and Interacting with customers in a professional manner
- Working effectively as part of the team to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines
- To assist with prepping units in the yard ready for hire.
B+E Delivery Driver – Kent Depot
The Position will include:
- Delivery and collection of hire equipment from construction and event sites
- Completing paperwork via mobile app
- Weekend availability for overtime optional
- Working with as a team
- Helping co-workers with additional jobs
Please note – you must have BE Towing entitlement on your licence.
MOD 4×4 Driver – Lasham Depot
The Position will include:
- Delivery, servicing and collecting hire equipment to specific grid references
- Set up and break down of equipment from sites
- Working with colleagues in the yard and out on the road
- For this position you would require experience of towing and off road driving.
Event HGV Tanker Driver – Lasham Depot
- Emptying waste tanks.
- Emptying toilet trailers and plastic toilets at events.
- Driving to and from festival sites in a large HGV tanker.
- Be willing and able to stay away from home on weekends at the event sites.
- Driving Flatbed and Service vehicles as and when required
Please note – this role will be working at events every weekend in the Summer, it will be very varied and you will gain access to the best live events and festivals in the UK.
HGV Class 2 license is essential.
Multi Trades Person – Lasham Depot
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Cutting GRP to specifications
- Assembly of parts as per design (dry fit), plus axels, brakes, lighting equipment
- Basic Plumbing and carpentry
- Fixing cubicles, pans, sinks, and vanity units
- Self-assembly prior to galvanizing
- Ensuring quality finish and spec are as per job specification
- Assisting with other elements for construction as required
- Maintaining health and safety standards at all times
- Managing workshop app to complete jobs
Transport Planner – Lasham Depot
- Planning: Route planning delivery, collections, and services, ensuring they happen on time and re-routing any changes throughout the day.
- Admin: Complete the driver’s jobs by checking them through to ensure all have been completed sufficiently, splitting down contracts, and sending pre-hire checks.
- Communication: Being the first point of call for the drivers, proactively problem-solving any issues, liaising with customers and solving queries quickly.
- Managing drivers remotely to guarantee the best level of service, Supervising working hours & breaks, Back to work interviews, Investigations and infringement management and appraisals
- Ensuring Driver’s Vehicles are compliant and well-maintained
- Being part of the on-call team (full training provided)
Transport Manager – Lasham Depot
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Oversee the entire fleet (4x4s, 3.5-tonne trucks, HGVs), guaranteeing their roadworthiness and safety through proper maintenance and adherence to service schedules.
- Conducting and reporting regular audits, enforcing company policies and compliance with all transportation laws and regulations, including driver service hours, vehicle maintenance, and licensing.
- Coordinate emergency repairs of vehicles and maintain O Licence and driver record documentation.
- Ensure adherence to accident and incident reporting protocols, including proper documentation and insurance referral.
- Develop and implement transportation strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure smooth operations and achieve organisational objectives.
- Support the transport logistics team in planning and coordinating the daily schedules of drivers and vehicles to optimise efficiency and meet delivery deadlines.
- Minimise transportation costs by strategically sourcing parts, negotiating contracts with vendors, and leveraging in-house fitters for effective vehicle maintenance. Adhering to set budgets and ensuring the necessary processes and controls are in place.
- Ensuring drivers complete daily vehicle checks. Verify completion and identify and fix any damage, parts issues, or uncleanliness.
- Supporting the induction of new drivers, developing training plans, and overseeing driver development.
Business Admin Apprentice
