Site Event is thrilled to announce that we have won the tender to supply Lambeth Borough Council’s Parks with toilet facilities across London this summer.
For the second year running, Lambeth Borough Council has chosen Site Event as their supplier of choice when providing the residents of London with toilet facilities when enjoying the parks this summer.
The contract is a pivotal and logistically challenging one, delivering over 70 toilets across green parks, and then servicing all of them on a daily basis until the end of the summer.
In 2008, Lambeth Council introduced Community Toilet scheme in partnership with businesses to provide clean, safe and accessible toilets for members of the public. This scheme was designed to allow members of the public to find a toilet within 500 metres.
You will be able to see and use Site Event’s Eco loos and Disabled Access loos in six parks across the Lambeth Borough. There are toilets in Clapham Common, Larkhall Park, Slade Gardens, Brockwell Park, Kennington Park and Vauxhall Park.
Our director Amy Gilbert has commented ‘Thanks to the hard work and customer service of our employees in 2021, particularly the service team from our Kent Depot. Lambeth Borough Council were incredibly pleased with our service and we are ecstatic to be rewarded with the contract for the second year running.’
