Site Equip Promote Mick Griffin to Events Operations Manager
Mick, previously Plant Operations Manager, has shown exceptional commitment and passion for the company and we are so excited to announce his promotion to Events Operations Manager. During his time at Site Equip, he has pro-actively trained and developed a thriving events team. Along with training staff, he has been organising and overseeing the cleaning, preparation, and maintenance of all the plant within the business, ready for hire. In the summer of 2021, Mick was out on site, and quickly developed a passion for the event industry, overseeing Wickham Festival and Isle of Wight Festival. Mick has deservingly won the ‘Key Contributor’ award for his quick thinking and resilience in his everyday work. In Mick’s new role, he will be project managing Site Event’s major events with all aspects, from training event staff to on-site managing of the event from the build, live dates & the break.
Mick states that he is ‘I am excited to start my role just before our busy Events season and I love the buzz of Events! I have just passed my HGV Class 2 test so I can’t wait for this summer!’
Site Equip Promote Natalie Ware to Planning Operations Manager
Natalie has been with Site Equip since 2020, and has quickly developed a fast career within the business. Her new position as Planning Operations Manager will be her second promotion within the company. Natalie has shown exceptional dedication and commitment to the company and we are excited to see her future progress. In Natalie’s new role she will be overseeing all planning elements of the company, from delivery and collections to our weekly services maximising the hours in a day with logistical challenges to ensure we deliver a first-class service to all of our customers at all times. Throughout her time at Site Equip, Natalie has won the ‘New Starter of the Year’ Award in 2020 and the ‘Above and Beyond Award’ in 2021 and has proven to be an incredible and warm-hearted member of Site Equip.
Nat states she is ‘extremely pleased to have been promoted to Planning Operations Manager. In my new role I hope to improve the efficiency between deliveries, collections & servicing and support/build on the strengths of the transport team as a whole.’
Site Equip Promote Jason Phypher to Stotfold Yard Supervisor
Jason Phylers, formerly a Service Driver, has been promoted to Stotfold Yard Supervisor with immediate effect. Since Jason has been with the company he has shown great enthusiasm and commitment to the company. In Jason’s new role, he will be supervising all aspects of the Stotfold Depot including; the recruitment of new team members, ensuring health and safety standards are maintained, and ensuring the high quality of servicing and preparation of the plant is maintained.
Site Equip Promote Andy Moore to Lead Training Driver
Andy Moore has been promoted to Lead Training Driver due to his hard work and devotion continuously shown throughout his time at Site Equip. Andy is our longest-standing member of staff and is well known to his customers for his exceptional standards across his service rounds. He will train and develop all our service operators to ensure they meet the same exceptional standards, to provide our clients with the very best in portable toilet hire. Andy won Attendant of the Year at the Loo of the Year Awards in 2013. Andy was recognised for providing unbeatable customer service and ensuring your building site toilets are spotless whilst making them laugh with a few hilarious jokes.
